Welcome to the Team 691 Support Site. Many pages on this site are still a work in progress.
A new student or mentor will need to be invited to RoboNet. You must hold a "Mentor Admin" role in RoboNet to execute the steps below. Upon the user completing their registration, they will receive access to the Team 691 web services.
1. Navigate to https://my.team691.org/
2. Log in using your email/password, or your social login. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link.
3. Click "Admin". If you don't have this button, please fill out the support request form to request it.
4. You will be brought to the RoboNet Admin Dashboard. On the left side, click "Invite Links".
4. There are 2 ways to invite a new user to RoboNet: invite via spreadsheet or individual invite. You can download a sample spreadsheet for the format and then upload it here otherwise click "Send Invite Link"
5. Select the role the user should have.
5. Click the "Email Address" field and enter the email address of the new user. The new user will receive an email From "Team 691 Support <noreply@team691.org>" and a Subject: "Invitation link to registration"
