Team 691 utilizes many methods to track student involvement on the team. One method is tracking the amount of time a student spends at meetings and the kinds of meetings they are attending. Students should be logging their time at the conclusion of their activity on RoboNet. Students can not log more than 10 hours at a time. Students can log time 15 minutes before the end time they select in RoboNet. There are 2 methods to submit time: one entry at a time or uploading an Excel spreadsheet to submit multiple entries at once.
1. Navigate to https://my.team691.org/
2. Log in using your email/password, or your social login. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link.
3. Click "Submit Hours"
4. There are 2 ways to submit hours, one submission at a time and import them via spreadsheet. If a user imports them, they will be required to enter a description for each entry.
5. Select the appropriate hours type for the activity you are logging. Some hours type will require a description and some will not.
6. Select the start time of the activity you are logging.
7. Select the end time of the activity you are logging. Students can log time 15 minutes before the end time they select in RoboNet.
8. Depending on the house type a description will be required, if a description is not required you can still provide one.
