Accepting Cash

The team does not hang on to any cash. Therefore, the team can not provide change for ad-hoc cash transactions. The non-profit treasurer holds the team's cash box. The cash box is stored empty with no cash. Before an event, the treasurer will go to the bank to pull change from the checking account, which will become the starting balance. Upon opening the cash box, a count should be had which should match the amount pulled from the bank.
