Leadership Transition

To transtion in the new leadership team the following items should be updated

1. A private Slack channel in the naming formate of leadership-xx with xx being the year the game starts. 

2. A new Slack User group created using the naming formate of directors_xx with xx being the year the game starts

   1. add #00_leadership and leadership-xx as default channels

   2. Add new leadership to the user group

3. Create new leadership google group and use robonet to look up their preferred email address, add that email address to the google group

4. Add new leadership google group to the dl.leadership team691.org

5. Update permissions in robonet for the new leadership.
