Sending Emails

What it's for
Team 691 uses Listmonk for sending ad-hoc emails and newsletters to the team or broader community — separate from day-to-day inbox management (see Group Email, under Google Workspace).

How to get access
Access is granted by request — submit a Support Request to get set up.

Team-specific gotchas
Student, Parent, and Mentor lists are dynamic — they're automatically maintained by RoboNet based on registration data, so you don't need to manually add or remove people from these lists. (Gap: is there anything a Listmonk user can manage themselves, like custom one-off lists for a specific event, or is list membership entirely hands-off/RoboNet-driven?)
